Parent CARE Class Live & Online Starts

Caring for ourselves as we care for our loved ones and each other.

Are you feeling overwhelmed and stressed out as a parent, grandparent, or caregiver ? Are you struggling to know how to help yourself and loved ones flourish in these anxiety filled times? Do you wish you had more tools to navigate your own emotions and connect with your loved ones in a healthier, more mindful way? Our 9-week wellbeing course called Parent CARE is here to help!

In this class, you'll learn about relational mindfulness – the practice of bringing awareness and presence to our relationships with others. You'll discover how to work with emotions in a healthy way, and how to create more meaningful, fulfilling connections with the people you care about. You will also learn what we call "we skills" to help you prepare yourself and your loved ones to live more and more in community with one another.

Let's build community! This class is designed to be a supportive, welcoming community where you can connect with others who are also on the journey towards better emotional and relational wellbeing. In small personalized cohorts, you'll have the opportunity to share your experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance and encouragement from both Kelly and peers.

So if you're ready to take the next step towards a happier, healthier life for you and your loved ones, join us for Parent CARE and start building the skills you need to thrive.
