Apeldorn, Netherlands

Apeldorn in the Netherlands was one of the first European initiatives. A municipality and city in the province of Gelderland in the centre of the Netherlands, Apeldorn has a population of just over 150,000. Apeldorn affirmed the Charter for Compassion in October 2014.
